Chuck Fishman’s background spans music, technology and media production. Currently, he is the Media, Entertainment and Publishing Director at Acquia where he helps those industries develop branded digital experiences on the Drupal platform. In 1994, Chuck begged legendary funk master George Clinton to let him sing on stage with his group known as Parliament-Funkadelic aka P-Funk. He went on tour with the legendary funk group, eventually recording his own solo album with them.It was all pretty cool, but his mother begged him to get “a real job”. In the end it all worked out for Chuck as his “real job” became developing digital media solutions for the music industry. At Cisco Systems for 5 years, he managed media and entertainment partnerships for the technology giant including leading the company’s account with the Warner Music Group. In 2012 after leaving Cisco, Chuck successfully launched the official.fm music promotion platform for record labels. His work with official.fm partner Rostrum Records led to successful digital releases for superstar rappers Wiz Khalifa and Mac Miller.Chuck currently manages partnerships and digital marketing for George Clinton & P-Funk All Stars as well as the emerging pop + R&B group Blush who recently signed with Quincy Jones. Alexis Giles – Alexis is VP of Business Development at MOX.tv – we show you what music looks like. Previously, Alexis was at Google for 7 years, working as part of group that incubated and launched new products and also as part of their legal team in the UK,  focused on closing major broadcast and music deals for YouTube, before she left in July 2012 to co-found DJZ.com with Seth Goldstein. She advises a number of startups, including Kapture, Lessthan3 and Recess.  Alexis has worked, lived and travelled in various countries across the world: in a mangrove swamp in Nigeria, in a ski resort in France, near a bullring in Spain, Luxembourg, London, and now San Francisco. She likes to DJ, practise pilates and snowboard and continues to seek out people, places and things that inspire her.

Ean Golden

Ean Golden is a worldwide dj and technology pioneer who has played a major role in the development of digital djing over the past 10 years. Ean was the lead designer on many of the top selling digital dj products including Traktor S4, Dicer and Midi Fighter. He built DJ TechTools.com, the largest online dj community with over 1 million visitors each month, and his ground breaking performance videos have seen over 15 million views world wide and inspired a new generation of djs. 


Erin Skidmore is a Bay Area native who grew up playing music and singing since the age of 5. She is a founding member of indie girl-group The Hot Toddies who have toured the US, UK and Canada and is an avid supporter of local music and music education. She runs marketing programming and events for Say Media, a San Francisco based digital media pioneer, and in this role has partnered with some of the best up-and-coming artists from around the world, including Local Natives, The Joy Formidable, Cults, Geographer, Grouplove, Friendly Fires, Lord Huron, Wallpaper, The Knocks, Bombay Bicycle Club and many more. Say Media’s annual music showcase at SXSW has become legendary for bringing the hottest line-up of new artists to the Interactive festival.
